What if behavior isn’t the problem—it’s the signal? In this conversation, we unpack how understanding the “why” behind children’s actions can completely transform the way educators teach, respond, and build relationships in the classroom.
Saba is the Founder of SKA Education, Training and Consulting, where she works with early childhood educators, leaders, and programs to create meaningful, lasting change. Over the course of 25 years in early childhood education, she has rooted her work in understanding the “why” behind behavior, using neuroscience, trauma-informed practices, and real-world strategies to shift how educators support children. Through training, coaching, and leadership development, she helps break cycles and build environments where both children and educators can thrive.
