Jennifer is founder and CEO of Nurture. To this role, she brings 25 years of experience in microenterprise, workforce development, financial security, asset-building and the public child care system. She has worked at the local, state, national and international levels, All in service of advancing women’s economic self-determination.
Nurture is a technology-forward nonprofit that aims to make child care a better job through entrepreneurship. Founded in 2021, Nurture incubates child care businesses to increase financial security for entrepreneurs and meet the demand for care in child care deserts. It currently offers services to home child care entrepreneurs across California.
