How do I tell if parent approved attendance?

Description

I have a parent who forgot to check their child out this afternoon so I updated the check-out time in CORE. How can I see if parents approved the attendance?

Solution

There is a report that you can run to verify the date and time a parent approved any attendance edits that you made for a child or children. It is called the Child Pickup Authorization Report. 

1. Log into CORE: https://elv.earlylearningventures.org/elv/login
2. Click on Reports
3. Enter the word “pick up” in the Report Title search filter
4. Click Submit
5. Double-click on the Child Pickup Authorizations Report
6. Select the name or names that you want to verify (system default is All)
7. Enter Start and End date
8. Select child status (system default is All Children)
   • Active / Inactive / Waitlist
9. Select Include Children with no Attendance (optional)
10. Select CCAP Enrolled (optional) – Colorado Providers Only

11. Click Report: Report downloads for review
