Can my parents update emergency contacts?

Description

I have parents who ask if they can add or edit emergency contact information from the ELV Parent App. Can they do that? If so, I don’t know how to help them.

Yes, your parents can update the information in the parent app. Please have them follow the steps below.

1. Open the Parent App
2. Enter Security Code & Email Address (information in CORE) and click Login
3. Select Contacts | Authorized Pickups
4. Select the name of the contact you need to
5. Update any data field that needs updated
6. Click Save
