How do I fix the child and parent alerts?

Description

I see a lot of alerts on my dashboard like days missing attendance check-out, children with CCAP Expirations (Colorado Providers Only), Children with CACFP Expirations, Children with Medical Expirations, Missing Room Assignment, and Children with Immunizations Due. How do I make them go away?

Solution

The solution is dependent on the kind of alert you are receiving. If you click on the Alert, it will take you to the record(s) needing fixed (whether it is overdue, missing, etc.).

1. Log into CORE: https://elv.earlylearningventures.org/elv/login
2. Click the Alert you want to resolve
3. Double-click the item to edit
4. Click Save.
