How do I message (text) my families from CORE?

Description

 The quickest way for me to get last-minute notifications to my families is to send them an SMS text message. 

Solution

1. Log into CORE https://elv.earlylearningventures.org/elv/login
2. Click on Provider Management
3. Click on Administration tab
4. Click on Text Parent(s)/Staff
5. Click Add
6. Enter a Description
7. Select Parent Recipient category from drop-down menu
   • All Parents (goes to all primary and secondary parents)
   • Parents with Checked-in Kids
   • Parents with Waitlisted Kids
   • Parents with Outstanding Ledger Balance
   • Selected Parents (lets you select one or more active parents)
   • Selected Parents with CCAP Kids (families on child care subsidy program)
8. Select Staff Recipients from the drop-down menu
   • All Provider Staff
   • Selected Provider Staff
9. Enter the message
10. Click Send
