How do I pull ROMs and Attendance Report?

Description

We have to submit a report with the child’s attendance and the authorized signature to our food sponsor as requested (at least monthly). What report do we need to use and where can we find it?

Solution

 Once the meals have been entered into CORE and child attendance approved, then you will pull the Food Program and Attendance Validation Report out of CORE. 

1. Log into CORE: https://elv.earlylearningventures.org/elv/login
2. Click on Reports (purple navigation pane)
3. Click on Reporting
4. Filter Report Category (upper right corner) for Attendance and click Submit (to the left)
5. Find the Food Program and Attendance Validation Report and double click on it
6. Enter the date range (Starting Date and Ending Date) that you need to report.
7. Click Report
