How do I update my hours of operation?

Description

Our hours of operation (drop off and pickup times) have changed. We’ve updated our handbooks, but need to update CORE. Can I do that myself or do I need to submit a support ticket?

Solution

Whether you are a FCCH or a Center, you can update your hours of operation under Provider Primary Information.

1. Log into CORE: https://elv.earlylearningventures.org/elv/login
2. Click on Provider Management (purple navigation pane)
3. Click on Administration tab
4. Click on Provider Primary Information
5. Scroll down until you see Hours of Operations section
6. Update the Monday Open and/or Monday Close time
7. Click Auto-Fill Options
8. Select Apply Monday Schedules to All Weekdays (or Apply Monday Schedules to All Days, whichever is applicable)
9. Click Save (bottom of page)
