How do I update the email address for my program?

Description

Either a Family Child Care Home (FCCH) or a Child Care Center changed email addresses and we need to update it in CORE. How do we do that?

Solution

Whether you are a FCCH or a Center, you update your email address under Provider Primary Information.

1. Log into CORE: https://elv.earlylearningventures.org/elv/login
2. Click on Provider Management (purple navigation pane)
3. Click on Administration tab
4. Click on Provider Primary Information
5. Click on the text box for E-Mail Address and update it.
6. Click Save (bottom of page)
