Description
I’m trying to get all of the parent and child(ren) documents uploaded into the system. Is there a way for parents to upload their child’s immunization record or do I need to do that?
Solutions
There are two different ways to for a parent to upload the document. One is from the parent portal and the other is by using a .jpeg and uploading it through the ELV Parent App.
Solution 1 – Parent Portal
- Log into parent portal: https://elv.earlylearningventures.org/portal/login
- Parent enters security code (same one they sign their children in/out for attendance
- Parent enters email address (the one in CORE)
- Click Login
- Click on Parent/Child Documents
- Click on Child Documents
- Select child’s name from drop-down menu (if more than one child)
- Find Immunizations from the list
- Click Upload (Replace if they are replacing an old record with a new one)
- Navigate to the immunization record (must be saved on the parent computer)
- Click Open
- Click Upload
The new immunization record will show up in CORE for your review.
Solution 2 – ELV Parent App
- Download the ELV Parent App (App Store, Google Play or Amazon)
- Parent enters Security Code & E-mail Address
- Click Login
- Click on Parent/Child Documents
- Click on Switch to Child Documents View
- Select child’s name (if more than one child)
- Click the three dots to the right of Health – Immunizations
- Click either Upload from Image Gallery or Upload from Camera
- Click on Allow
- Click the jpg image of the Child Immunization Record parent needs to upload.
- Click Check Mark (Android) and the image of the immunization record is uploaded to the document store.
*** You (child care provider) can now view the updated immunization record in the document store in CORE ***
