How to log into CORE?

Description

I keep getting locked out of my account when I try to log into CORE (child care management system). This is the site where all licensing, child care subsidy, and the federal Child and Adult Food Care Program (CACFP) is managed.

Solutions

 There are several troubleshooting steps and solutions available to Family Child Care Homes (FCCH) and Child Care Centers alike: ensure you are on the correct log in page (website) https://elv.earlylearningventures.org/elv/login ; reset password from the login page; Provider – Manager resets staff passwords. 

Solution 1 – CORE Login Page

1. Click on the following link: https://elv.earlylearningventures.org/elv/login
2. Enter your username and password and click Login

*** NOTE: You know you are on the correct login page if the gray KIOSK toggle button is next to the Login button. ***

Solution 2 – Reset Password from the Login Page

1. Scroll down to the bottom of the login page: https://elv.earlylearningventures.org/elv/login
2. Click on Reset My Password
3. Enter your username and click Reset Password
4. Navigate to the email address and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Solution 3 – Provider Manager Resets Password

1. Log into CORE: https://elv.earlylearningventures.org/elv/login
2. Click on Provider Management
3. Make sure you are on the Administration tab
4. Click Staff Setup
5. Find the Staff Member account
6. Double-click on Staff Member account
7. Enter new (temporary) password in Password text box
8. Enter same password in Confirm Password text box
9. Click Save

*** NOTE: The staff member will be prompted to change the temporary password to a permanent one that only they know.
