How to log into the Kiosk?

Description

I keep getting locked out of my account when I try to log into the kiosk so my staff and families can check in and out. What am I doing wrong?

Solutions

There are several troubleshooting steps and solutions available to Family Child Care Homes (FCCH) and Child Care Centers alike: 1. Ensure you are on the correct log in page (website) https://elv.earlylearningventures.org/kiosk/login; reset password from the login page; Provider – Manager resets kiosk passwords.

Solution 1 – KIOSK Login Page

1. Click on the following link: https://elv.earlylearningventures.org/kiosk/login
2. Enter your username and password and click Login

*** NOTE: You know you are on the correct login page if the gray CORE toggle button is next to the Login button. ***

Solution 2 – Reset Password from the Login Page

1. Scroll down to the bottom of the login page: https://elv.earlylearningventures.org/elv/login
2. Click on Reset My Password
3. Enter your username and click Reset Password
4. Navigate to the email address and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Solution 3 – Provider Manager Resets Password

1. Log into CORE: https://elv.earlylearningventures.org/elv/login
2. Click on Provider Management
3. Make sure you are on the Administration tab
4. Click Staff Setup
5. Find the Kiosk account
6. Double-click on Kiosk account
7. Enter new (temporary) password in Password text box
8. Enter same password in Confirm Password text box
9. Click Save
