How do I enable kiosk messages to be acknowledged?

Description

I create a variety of kiosk message for my parents and I want to make sure they acknowledge the message. Is there a way to ensure my parents see the message and acknowledge it?

Solution

Whether you are a FCCH or a Center, you can ensure this feature is enabled under the Administration tab > Provider Primary Information.

1. Log into CORE: https://elv.earlylearningventures.org/elv/login
2. Click on Provider Management (purple navigation pane)
3. Click on Administration tab
4. Click on Provider Primary Information
5. Scroll down until you see all of the features (next to Time Zone drop-down menu on the left)
6. Click on the Kiosk Messages Must Be Acknowledged (*** NOTE: If the button is green, the feature is enabled. If it is grey, this feature is NOT enabled. Click on it to enable it.)
7. Click Save (bottom of page)

Enable Kiosk Messages
