How do I postpone or cancel my billing for a time?

Description

I need to postpone / delay / cancel my billing for a period of time for all my families, and want to know the easiest way to do so without a lot of extra work.

Solution

1. Click on Parent Billing tab
2. Click on Provider Billing Cycles
3. Double-click on the billing cycle you want to postpone
4. Find Billing Cycle Enabled Start Date (it will be a past date)
5. Change this date to the future start date you want to start-up billing again
6. Whatever future start date you set, the below section’s dates (Day to Generate Bills, etc.) will apply, just post what the new Billing Cycle Enabled Start Date is
7. You can also change these dates at any time, if you wish to
8. Save at the bottom and that’s it
9. No need to change dates on any recurring charges/credits you already have set up
10. They will simply kick in again upon the new Billing Cycle Enable Start Date
