In this episode we are joined by Angelica Prisciliano, Outreach Coordinator for the Economic Mobility program at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. Angelica has a background in childcare and education policy and advocacy and has worked to increase resources for k-12 students with disabilities and immigrant students in universities. In Angelica's current role she is working to expand access to tax filing information and resources in Colorado so that families who qualify are not missing out on much needed funds.
With Tax Day rapidly approaching, Angelica will share about federal tax credits available to families with children, Colorado specific tax credits, and what Colorado Care Workers should know about the Care Worker Tax Credit. Angelica will also share resources for tax filing!
