Chelsea Hallinan is a Coach of Early Learning Business Practices at SPARK Learning Lab in Indiana. She has been with SPARK for just over three years, and was previously a director of a large, multi-site child care center for ten years. During that time she cultivated supervisory experience, along with expertise in grant writing, budgeting, and fiscal management—all contributing to her ability to drive positive outcomes in early childhood education.
Chelsea has been selected to present at both state and national conferences, including the National Association for Family Child Care (NAFCC) Conference, representing SPARK Learning Lab and Shine Early Learning.
Together, Early Learning Ventures and SPARK Learning lab are helping early childcare providers reduce administrative burdens by use of a childcare management system, offering coaching and support to use a CCMS to its fullest potential. learn more
