Hayden is a certified Synergetic Play Therapist who earned his MA in Counseling & Career Development from Colorado State University. He began working as an elementary level school counselor before creating his own private practice, Low Tide Play Therapy & Family Wellness, PLLC, where he now specializes in working with children who are exhibiting symptoms of hyper-arousal such as anxiety, defiance, behaviors, and low frustration tolerance among others. In this work, he has also found a passion for working with and empowering adults who support children exhibiting these symptoms as well, which led to the creation of Low Tide Coaching and Consulting.
