#WhatsUpWednesday Wellness & Wellbeing series with Ty Johnson part 2

Join us with Ty Johnson for a special 3-part series focused on wellness and wellbeing for early childhood educators, caregivers, and anyone passionate about self-care and supporting others. Each episode will guide you through the essentials of building a sustainable wellness practice.

🔹 Episode 2: Building Your Wellness Toolkit In the second part of our series, we’ll shift from understanding wellness to building a personalized wellness toolkit. We’ll explore a variety of resources—low or no-cost options included—that support different dimensions of wellness, from mental and emotional health to financial and social wellbeing.
