#WhatsUpWednesday with Virginia Marsh on the Colorado Substitute Workforce Program

Virginia Marsh brings over 15 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and Business Administration to the role of Project Coordinator for the Colorado Substitute Workforce Program. Her roles have ranged from program director to business consultant, where she led strategic initiatives, facilitated professional development, and managed a shared services alliance. These experiences have given her a deep understanding of the industry and its complexities, particularly in business management and workforce development. Virginia uses technology and data-driven strategies to develop early childhood business solutions to increase operational efficiency, quality, and growth.

Early Learning Ventures and the Colorado Department of Early Childhood are partnering to provide support to the early childhood workforce through substitute educator support. This effort in partnership with Substitute Placement Agencies will address the substitute shortage and need for continued substitute recruitment.
