#WhatsUpWednesday –with Stefan Dorwart from My Kids Lunch

Michael’s of Denver Catering Inc., operating as My Kid’s Lunch, is a family-owned Colorado-based food service company that has provided fresh, nutritious school meals since 1996. Serving over 100 schools from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins, they deliver more than 14,000 daily meals prepared in two kitchens by a team of 75+. With decades of experience in federal meal programs, they offer responsive service, scratch-made items like muffins and sandwiches, and menus that exceed USDA and CACFP standards—free from trans fats, fried foods, nuts, and high fructose corn syrup.
